Heat-resistant protective film
HP
HP type is perfect for protecting the surface of polyester film, especially against scratches and soiling during printing, insert molding, and cutting in high temperature processes.
Features
- Excellent heat resistance
Since superior heat-resistant PET base material and adhesive are used, stable adhesive strength is maintained at high temperature heating. There is no residual adhesive either. - Excellent protection performance and workability
Excellent machining characteristics make it suitable for protecting the adherend against damage and soiling during cutting, punching, and bending. Since tackiness at the adhesive is low, punching and cutting are easy. - Easy visual inspection
Printing defects, etc. can be judged at a glance because the base material is transparent. - Easy identification and excellent feedability
HP25M is the HP25 type with a matted non-adhesive surface and simplifies identification of the front and back, and improves the feedability of the product. - Increased workability
The HP25S has improved anti-static properties so that clinging and adhesion of dust to the peeled film are small.
Main applications
- As protective film for silk screen printing of nameplates and surface wood
- As protective film for multi-color printing including pre-annealing
- As protective film for high-temperature drying and various molding processes
