Primer coat film
AC-X・AC-L・AC-W
Primer coat film is processed to improve printability on the surface of polyester film, and has general inks, UV inks, and resin adhesiveness.

*Printing conditions
1. Printing - Silk screen printing. Ink thickness 8 to 9μm
2. Curing - High voltage mercury lamp 1Kw (80W/cm). Illumination distance 10cm. Illumination time 1 sec (General inks: Hot air drying)
3. Printing suitability evaluation - After UV illumination (or drying) 24 hours, Cross Cut Test joint tape method test)
