Release liner & transcription film
NP
The PANA-PEEL NP Series are release liner films made by performing silicone release liner processing on polyester film. Grades with insulating processing and atmospheric exposure prevention processing demanded in cutting compound paper applications are also available.
Silicone type
Features
- Stable release properties are possible.
- Can be customized according to the application, such as release force, coloring, anti-static, properties to counter the exposure problem, etc.
- Handles abundant base material thicknesses.
Applications
- As carrier material for die-cutting of adhesive sheet, etc.
- As protective film for die-cutting process manufactured products and other adhesive exposed parts.
- As separator for adhesive film

*1Release force measurement method
Standard tape : 31B tape manufactured by Nitto Denko Corporation
Measurement conditions : Peeling speed 300mm/min, peeling angle 180°
*2Residual adhesiveness rate t method
1. Unused standard tape is stuck to Olefin film and a specimen and heated (80˚C x 30mins).
2. The tape is peeled from the Olefin film and specimen and standard tape is stuck to polyester film.
3. After leaving these specimens at room temperature for 30 minutes, measurement is performed and the residual adhesion ratio is calculated from the following expression.
