Protection for optical film
MK
The MK type is perfect for surface protection against soiling and scratching during optical parts manufacturing processes which demand low contamination and transparency.
Features
- Removal is smooth and workability is excellent.
- There is low contamination of the adherend after removal.
- Almost no air bubbles even after autoclave processing.
- Polyester film is used as the base material, and transparency and impervious are excellent, in addition inspection is available during sticking of protective film.
Main applications
As protection for manufacturing process, inspection and transport of AR film and various optical films.

*1Measured with separator removed.
*2Protective film was stuck to AR film and 24 hours later the protective film was removed and the contact angle of the AR film was measured.
*3Protective film is stuck to AR film and the number of air bubbles produced after 70°C×0.6MPa×30 minutes processing is counted.
※The above are measurement values and are not guaranteed.
