Based on experiences and knowledge, we can respond to various customers needs with original “Roll to Roll” Processing technology combining new processing technology and current technology.

Original Thermal Lamination Processing

■Outline

We can carry out laminate processing such as metal and resin, resin and resin which could not be done with conventional lamination technology.

■Feature

・Lamination processing combining thermal lamination and
  surface modification processing.
・With our thermal lamination technology, it is possible to
  form a thin film of fluorine resin(PTFE, PFA, FEP, etc.)
  on heat resistant film, such polymide and metal foil.

・Heat-resistant release film
・Antifouling treatment film
・Water repellent treatment film
・Low dielectric material

Resin melt coating process

■Outline

Resin melt coating process heats hot melt material and film formation.
Laminated products, Single layer products, Compound products, etc. are available.

■Feature

・It is possible to apply to the coat thickness accuracy (within ± 2%) with thick coating
  and high precision coating by original coating method.
・Film thickness can be applied from 150 to 1,000 μm.
(Ask us about 150 μm or less, 1,000 μm or more.)
・Coating surface excellent in smoothness.
・Low viscosity resin film which can not be processed by extrusion molding is possible.

Decoration processing (emboss processing)

(single side and double side simultaneous processing possible)

・release film
・Film surface shape processing
(embossed film, embossed shape transfer application)
・Providing lubricity
(prevention of sticking of smooth film)

■Feature

・Shape imparting by high temperature processing (biaxially stretched film such as PET film
  and OPP film) to material which can not transfer to grain during film production.
・Emboss processing on films with high heat resistance (limited to thermoplastic
  materials).
・In-house design of embossed shape to meet required characteristics.

Silicone coating processing

・Composite sheet (silicone + other plastic film film etc.)

■Feature

・Film production by roll to roll process
・Allows consistent processing with composite materials
・Applicable film thickness: 50 μm to 1,000 μm, width up to 500 mm available.
